Directions to our Forest Hills, New York office:
From Long Island: Take the Grand Central Parkway and exit at Queens Boulevard. Turn right onto Queens Boulevard heading west. Make a left on Ascan Avenue. Next, make a right turn onto Austin Street and then a right onto 72nd Ave. Continental Medical's office is located at 108-10 72nd Avenue on the 4th Floor.
From New Jersey and New York City: Take the Long Island Expressway eastbound. Take the exit for Woodhaven Boulevard. Stay on the service road and exit onto Queens Boulevard. Take Queens Boulevard east to Ascan Avenue. Turn right onto Ascan Ave, then right onto Austin St. Next, turn right onto 72nd Avenue. Continental Medical's office is located at 108-10 72nd Avenue on the 4th Floor.
From Brooklyn and South Queens: Take the Belt Parkway to Cross Bay Boulevard. Head north on Cross Bay Boulevard which turns into Woodhaven Boulevard. Take Woodhaven Boulevard to the end and make a right onto Queens Boulevard. Take Queens Boulevard east to Ascan Avenue. Turn right on Ascan Avenue. Take the next left onto Austin Street and then make the second right on 72nd Avenue. Continental Medical's office is located at 108-10 72nd Avenue on the 4th Floor.
